1. Service Agreement
By booking a mobile tyre fitting, emergency callout, or vehicle repair with Newport Tyres, you agree to these terms. We require precise details concerning tyre size, location coordinates, and vehicle model to execute work safely.
2. Emergency Callouts & Cancellations
For emergency callout dispatches, a fixed booking fee is quoted. If you cancel after a technician has been dispatched to your location, the callout fee remains payable in full to cover travel and dispatch overheads.
3. Payments & Warranty
All invoice amounts are payable immediately upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. All fitted tyres are covered by manufacturer guarantees, and our fitting workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
